How do I get started with Shipider?
Create an account, configure a warehouse and its locations, add your SKUs, then scan your first pallet. Most teams are live in under an hour โ no installer or on-site consultant required.
Do you support multiple warehouses and teams?
Yes. Shipider is multi-tenant with role-based access control, so you can run several warehouses and invite team members with scoped permissions from a single account.
Can I integrate Shipider with my own systems?
Absolutely. We expose a REST API for orders, SKUs, customers, and manifests. See the API & Docs section above for authentication and endpoint references.
How does billing work?
Plans are subscription-based and billed through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing page in your dashboard.
